'We had the pleasure of Frenchy joining our production crew for Rolling Hertz festival 2024 as a build crew member pre festival and as site manager during the event. As a new crew member she got stuck straight in, proved her abilities quickly and brought a wealth of experience and positivity to our small hardworking team.
Frenchy dealt with all physical tasks during the build with strength, stamina and relentless energy. She worked huge days without complaint and inspired our crew to level up their mahi by leading by example. She brought her 4WD surf and navigated site logistics and the cherry picker with ease. With a full tool set up (running Makita) she came self-contained and completed building tasks in a timely manner to a high standard. Frenchy took on an organisational role during the build running crew meetings and holding and managing the production tasks. This was undertaken with care, professionalism and experience. Frenchy managed crew and volunteers during the build and her direction was professional and positive. She inspired her crews to work hard with an element of fun and joy throughout the process. This included managing large crews of volunteers for pack in and out. During the event Frenchy held down site management like a total pro. She managed curve balls and incidents with ease including an emergency shade sail and weather situation on the main stage during the event where she managed a small crew and problem solved efficiently with minimum disruption to the event. Her problem-solving ability is second to none and her can do attitude, joyful delivery and huge range of skills added a lot to our event. Her contribution during pack down was invaluable due to her organisation, problem solving abilities and relentless energy. Post festival Frenchy provided an excellent report and feedback and added heaps of value to our evaluation session including discussions around balancing the gender roles and how to support women on the crew. It was great getting to know Frenchie over our time spent together and I look forward to working with her again in the future. This woman is a machine and I’d highly recommend her for contracts.'

'We booked Claire and Wonder-Full to do the entertainment at our Fireworks extravaganza. From start to finish, Claire was so easy to work with and took care of everything. We underestimated how many people would attend the event and, even with double the amount of people, Claire wowed the crowd with her hula workshops, LED light display and then her pyro fire show to finish just before the fireworks. Other than making her the odd cup of tea, I didn’t have to worry about the entertainment side of the event at all and was free to keep an eye on all the other areas to enable the whole event to run smoothly. We have already booked her in to do our next event.'
